Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence exposure to Instagram posts @rintiksedupodcast has on interest in listening to podcasts on Spotify Spotify accounts. The @rintiksedupodcast account is an account that has activities that focus on media uploading content on Instagram in the form of video trailers and visual text in the form of quotes. Uploads on the @rintiksedupodcast account have a unique character in writing each post and are easy to read and unique in the posts uploaded. This study uses the S-R theory which in this theory assumes that verbal words (oral-written) non-verbal cues, certain pictures and actions will stimulate other people to respond in a certain way that describes the Stimulus relationship. -Response. In this study the method used was quantitative with a sample of 100 people using Probability Sampling precisely using the Simple Random Sampling technique. By using a questionnaire as an instrument which was then processed using the SPSS 26 application. The validity test instrument was carried out using Product Moment Correlation and continued with the Reliability Test using Croncbac'h Alpha. To analyze using a Simple Linear Regression Test. The result obtained is that the Instagram account @rintiksedupodcast's exposure to interest in listening to podcasts on the Rintik Sedu Spotify account is significant. With the results of the T test obtained, namely the tcount value on the exposure variable with a value of 9.831> ttable with a value of 1.987 and for the pvalue at the 0.000 level <0.05. So it can be concluded that this research shows that exposure to @rintiksedupodcast Instagram posts has a significant effect on listening interest.
