Abstract
The street lighting system in housing is one of the important infrastructures in a residential environment that must be maintained and repaired regularly. However, there are often damage to street lights that are not immediately detected and repaired, causing disruption to road users and reducing safety at night. Conventional control of street lighting with switches is ineffective in power consumption, human resources and operating difficulties. Some methods to overcome this problem are time control to turn lights on and off at certain times and monitoring lamp damage on the road. Regular checks are needed to determine the condition of street lighting. The condition of damaged street lighting can interfere with ensuring the comfort and safety of road users. If the process of monitoring street lights cannot be known by officers quickly, it will slow down the process of repairing the problem. This has resulted in officers still having difficulty knowing the damage caused to the lights and sometimes local residents need to report damage to street lights first and then new officers make repairs. The entire tool is divided into nodemcu, ldr sensor, zmpt101b sensor, and rtc. Where the system uses a tool that can be set to automatically detect lamp damage at the specified time and conditions. This research uses IoT to connect all different devices by adding sensors and digital intelligence. IoT is a concept or program where an object has the ability to transmit or transmit data over a network without using the help of computer devices and humans. The Internet of things or often referred to as IoT is currently experiencing many developments. These three controllers are combined in such a way that produces a control signal. As a feedback controller, it provides control output at the desired level.
