Abstract

The object of research that will be made is to determine the receipt of financial assistance in Bukit Kota Tanjungpinang District, namely Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) which complies with system rules. The research aims to determine the recipients of government assistance among residents in Bukit Bestari District using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. Research was carried out to complete practical decision making and to have alternative options for decision making in order to determine which residents are entitled to non-cash food assistance. Based on the criteria used to determine the decision to receive non-cash food assistance for residents of Bukit Bestari District, they are employment, condition of the house, amount of income, number of dependents and status of the house. The results of this research are shown for the sub-district government to be able to determine which communities are eligible to receive non-cash food assistance.
