Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in this day and age, companies in classes from small to medium-sized companies use applications in data processing for all work activities within the company. PT Satu Komando Keluarga (SKK) is one of the medium-sized companies engaged in plantation. One of the applications in monitoring employee performance carried out by PT SKK is the reporting of daily work done by individual employees, so discipline is needed so that this application can run. Negligence factors such as forgetting due to the busyness that occurs in the process of daily work activities cause daily reporting to not run as expected by the company. The use of the Human Resource Management (HRM) application at PT SKK is a solution, namely adding reminder tasks to each employee with the application of push notifications where this application is already in the form of an Android Hybrid so that its usefulness can be implemented on smartphone devices. Providing reminders by sending push notifications to every smart phone used by employees can provide encouragement to PT SKK employees. Therefore, it can minimize the frequency of forgetting factors and the implementation of daily reporting can be carried out properly.
