By using the Human Relations Theory proposed by Elton Mayo about the importance of individuals and social relations within the scope of the organization. The results of the study show that the OHS program at the PTPNV Tanjung Medan company has been running according to the procedure, but there are obstacles, there are some employees who still do not understand the importance of the OHS program for their safety.
