Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Values of Educational Contained in The Traditions of The Tepung Tawar Present in Luhak Kepenuhan, Central City, Subsistrict of Kepenuhan, Rokan Hulu Regency, The Province of Riau. Tepung Tawar is a culture from our ancestors from generation to generation which is still preserved today. The Tepung Tawar Tradition is usually held at weddings, traditional events, traditional ceremonies, welcoming guests and other thanksgiving events. The formulation of this research is : How is The Values of Educational Contained in The Traditions of The Tepung Tawar Present in Luhak Kepenuhan, Central City, Subsistrict of Kepenuhan, Rokan Hulu Regency, The Province of Riau?. This study uses a qualitative method that uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Conclusion The Values of Educational Contained in The Traditions of The Tepung Tawar Present in Luhak Kepenuhan, Central City, Subsistrict of Kepenuhan, Rokan Hulu Regency, The Province of Riau can be seen from the function, purpose, method of making plain flour. And how to implement it.
