Abstract

Default is not fulfilling or failing to carry out obligations as specified in the agreement made between the creditor and the debtor. The main issues raised in this research are how to implement lending and borrowing at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekar Tanah Putih Tanjung branch against Rokan downstream district, as well as the factors that cause defaults in the settlement of loans and loans at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekar Branch.
