Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of 4G internet network quality on three telecomunications service providers, namely Telkomsel, Indosat, and Axis. With the increasing use of the internet, network quality is an important factor that affects use experience. This study use a quantitative approach to measure several key parameters, including download and upload speeds, latency, and network stability in various location and conditions. Data were collected through field testing using standard devices and method which were then statistically analyzed to determine significant diffrence between service providers. The result of this stusy are expected to provide a clear a picture of the 4G network performance of the three providers, as well as provide insight for consumers and writers in choosing services that suit their needs.
