Abstract

Nasi Goreng Mak Uniang is currently still uses a conventional food ordering system, where customers order food directly to the waiter. directly order food to the waiter. Due to the large number of customers, the waiter must quickly serve customers and deliver orders, which results in errors such as mixed orders, recording orders that are still done manually, and orders that are forgotten. which is still done manually, and orders that are forgotten to be served. This research aims to make it easier for customers to see information about the food and beverages and can also recap sales and expenses at Nasi Goreng Mak Uniang. Web-based food ordering system in this study using the Rapid Application Development method successfully fulfills the objectives that have been determined. For Black-Box testing there are 24 test scenarios which can be concluded that the system as a whole works well and as expected. The average UAT test results show that the level of acceptance of the system built is 82.3% which indicates that the system is good and as expected that the system built is considered very suitable for user needs.
