Abstract

The symptoms or phenomena that occur in Tanah Merah Village are their system that follows the government of the Republic of Indonesia. to carry out activities according to certain goals and their interconnected information has not been processed into a page that has a Domain or Website. it makes people in certain areas who want to get and send data limited by employee working hours and people according to certain areas must go to the office to get data and send data, Because there is no Website, a Website is created to meet the needs of the village and make it easier for employees and the community to access and send information, The data collection process is carried out using the waterfall approach with stages starting from system design, system requirements analysis, system design, program coding, testing, development and maintenance. Based on the Black Box testing process that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the data format entered must match the format requested by the system if it does not match then the system will automatically reject and provide feedback in the form of a message if the format is correct then the action taken can run well as expected, It can be concluded that the existence of this Web-Based Village Information System, the results of the questionnaire, can make it easier for villages to obtain and send information on News, Transactions, Administration, Social Assistance, Letter Management Services, Guests and Absences, Tax Payments which previously had to go to the office and according to working hours.
