Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based population service administration system at the Air Putih Village Office, A Settlement 6 (SP 6), Indragiri Hulu Regency. This system is designed to simplify the management of population data, improve service efficiency, and provide easy access for the public in obtaining information related to population administration. The main problems faced are inefficiency in manual management of population data, long queues in the administrative process, and lack of transparency and ease of access for the community. The method used is a case study with a web-based information system approach which includes needs analysis, system design, and application implementation. The tests carried out include functionality tests to ensure the smooth management of population data and the printing of administrative documents, as well as testing the speed and accuracy of the system in the service of submitting applications for population papers online. The results of the study show that the web-based administration system has succeeded in making it easier for the public to access population administration services more efficiently and effectively.
