Abstract
Polymer conductor plates are composite plates with a polymer matrix that are conductors and resistant to heat. Lithium-ion batteries are commonly found in consumer electronics. They are the most popular type of rechargeable battery for portable electronics, as they have one of the best energy densities, no memory effect, and experience slow loss of charge when not in use. The purpose of this study was to obtain the effect of the composition of aluminum powder variations on the composite plate on the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and microstructure and to determine which composition produces the optimum aluminum powder variation on the polymer conductor plate. The composition of variations in making composite plates, AL and RE: 70%: 30%, 80%: 20% and 90%: 10%. The results obtained from the Electrical Conductivity test for the lowest value are in the composition, 70%: 30%, namely, 0.025 S.cm -1. for the highest electrical conductivity results obtained in the composition of 90%: 10%, namely, 0.043 S.cm -1. In the bending test results, the lowest value is in the composition of 90%: 10%, namely, 1.79 MPa. The highest bending test results are in the composition of 70%: 30%, namely, 4.22 MPa.
