Abstract

Delays in construction projects often occur and cause project completion times to be pushed back from the established schedule. One example is the Al-Husna Mosque Construction Project in Pekanbaru which experienced delays in several works. The purpose of this study is to identify the works that experienced delays and analyze the factors causing these delays. This research was conducted on the Al-Husna Mosque Construction Project in Pekanbaru. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews with project stakeholders. Secondary data in the form of planned and actual time schedule data was also collected. The method used in this research is Fault Tree Analysis. In addition to FTA, quantitative analysis was also carried out in the form of validity and reliability tests on questionnaire data using SPSS. The results showed that the delayed works were Foundation Works, Staircase Works, and Glass Installation Works. The factors causing delays in the Al-Husna Mosque Construction Project in Pekanbaru consisted of 7 variables, namely Situational Factors (X1) with a coefficient of 0.751 or 75.1%. Managerial Factors (X2) with a coefficient of 0.860 or 86%. Scheduling Factors (X3) with a coefficient of 0.763 or 76.3%. Material Factors (X4) with a coefficient of 0.818 or 81.1%. Equipment Factors (X5) with a coefficient of 0.722 or 72.2%. Labor Factors (X6) with a coefficient of 0.771 or 77.7%. Project Control Factors (X7) with a coefficient of 0.742 or 74.2%.
