Abstract

Currently, the Riau Islamic University engineering faculty building has a lot of Wi-Fi network user activity. Maintaining and knowing the quality of the network provided, network testing is carried out using QoS (Quality of Service) to find out the problem of the quality of the network provided. The purpose of the research conducted was to find out the results of network quality measurements in the Riau Islamic University engineering faculty building, therefore researchers conducted monitoring and analyzing Quality of Service in every building in the engineering faculty as a whole. And added the QoE method (Quality of Service) for users with an accuracy of 0.01 (90%) from interviews and observations made from research conducted.
