Abstract

Workover and well service work is a routine repair and maintenance work on production wells, either in the form of equipment replacement, oil lifting to changes in well reservoir parameters. This is done to repair and ensure that the well always produces according to the potential that has been determined. The method in this study uses the field study method or case study. The economic evaluation carried out is the repair of the tubing pump which functions to flow well production fluid to the surface. This study uses a gross split contract to calculate the economics of the project on the VY well. Data collection techniques from primary data such as data obtained from field research results, reference books, journals, papers that are in accordance with this topic. For the economic evaluation of the tubing pump repair workover, we can increase the size of the pump as long as the fluid is sufficient. to increase oil production by calculating the economic indicator values in the form of NPV, IRR, and POT values using the gross split contract scheme.
