Abstract

Pertamina as a fuel distributor company in Indonesia distributes fuel through gas stations, to be able to reach and meet customers who are in rural areas, Pertamina has issued a new business product called Pertashop. Currently, officers have to serve customers and maintain pertashop on each shift. In addition, officers must carry out daily sales reports by taking photos of the digital screen dashboard showing daily sales results and checking the remaining fuel stock in the storage tank. The results of checking and photos are then sent to the WhatsApp group which will then be recapitulated by the owner or person in charge of Pertashop. Based on this, the author makes a web-based monitoring application that can make it easier for Pertashop owners to calculate stock and make reports, and Pertashop managers as Pertashop processors can view sales data through the website without the need to look into the field. In this application the programming language used is PHP, Javascript assisted with HTML and CSS. Codeigniter is used as a framework to get convenience and security in system management. Blackbox testing is carried out to test the function of the application created and based on the results of application testing to the user that the percentage index obtained is 84.8%, so this application can be an application to monitor the existing stock in Pertashop.
