Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of discipline andwork motivation on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at PT. Balam Sawit Sejahtera, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 38 employees. Data Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research that have been carried out explain that discipline and work motivation have a significant influence on employees at PT. Prosperous Palm Oil Palm. While the R square value of 0.673 explains that employee productivity can be influenced by discipline and work motivation by 67,3% while the remaining 32,7% is influenced by other variables not used in the study
