Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze work environment and work discipline on employee performance and to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, Riau Province. The sample technique used is the census technique with a sample of 55 employees. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, t tests and f tests, as well as the coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the results of the partial research work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the Dinas Energi and Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Riau.
