Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that teachers at MTs in Tapung District do not yet use SKI learning aids due to a lack of variety in teaching. so that it can influence student learning motivation. SKI learning aids For this reason, teachers must be able to determine how to teach and use appropriate learning aids so that students can more easily accept the lesson material and do not get bored quickly so that students' learning motivation will increase in their efforts to achieve good learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of use of the field trip method by teachers, to determine the level of student learning motivation, to determine the effect of using the field trip method on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was 61 class VIII students at MTs Nurul Jadid. Meanwhile, the sample in this research was 61 people using a total sampling technique, which means the entire population was sampled. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed for one week starting from Monday 19 July 2023 to Friday 28 July 2023. The questionnaire is given directly to 61 Mts Nurul Jadid students. The results of this research show that based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the Work Tour Method partially has a significant influence on the Learning Motivation of Students in the SKI Study Field at MTs Nurul Jadid Tapung, Kampar Regency, which is indicated by the significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. The Work Tour Method variable has a significance value of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the Work Tour Method partially has a significant influence on Student Learning Motivation in the SKI Study Field at MTs Nurul Jadid Tapung, Kampar Regency. The Work Tour Method variable has a significance value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05, which means that the Work Tour Method partially has a significant influence on Student Learning Motivation in the SKI Study Field at MTs Nurul Jadid Tapung, Kampar Regency, the results of the coefficient of determination R2 value are 0.216 or 21.6%. This shows that the learning motivation of students in the SKI field of study at MTs Nurul Jadid Tapung, Kampar Regency can be influenced by 21.6% by the independent variable, namely the Work Tour Method. Meanwhile, 78.4% of students' learning motivation in the SKI field of study at MTs Nurul Jadid Tapung, Kampar Regency is influenced by other variables outside the research model used in this research.
