Abstract

Advances in science and technology have a significant impact on the construction industry. Construction actors must be able to complete projects with optimal quality, controlled costs, and in an efficient time. To achieve this, it is important for them to calculate quantity takeoff (material volume) and cost estimates carefully. From these problems, the BIM concept is present as a solution. This process involves dynamic building modeling along with the management of related information with the aim of increasing the productivity of all stages of the construction project. The BIM-based software used is Autodesk Revit 2022 which is able to carry out the quantity takeoff calculation process while the cost estimation calculation uses the AHSP PUPR 2023 method. This research uses quantitative research methods with secondary data in the form of build of quantity (BOQ), bar bending schedule (BBS), and detailed engineer drawings (DED) obtained from the planning consultant. The aim of this research is to create a 3D model of the observed building structure and determine the difference between the Autodesk Revit 2022 software QTO calculation and conventional QTO calculations. , and estimate costs using the AHSP method. The research results show that Autodesk Revit has the ability to model buildings and calculate quantity takeoff (QTO) based on the modeling results that have been made. Calculating the quantity takeoff (QTO) of concrete materials using Autodesk Revit produces a difference in concrete volume of 0.67% more than the conventional method compared to BIM and for iron materials it is 3.58% more than the conventional method compared to the BIM method. The estimated results for the concrete volume cost are IDR 1,271,446,989.50 and the estimated results for the volume of concrete costs are IDR. 6,884,460,415.80
