Abstract
Learning outcomes represented the culmination of the learning process and were primarily derived from teacher evaluations. These outcomes served as important indicators of teacher performance in the learning process and the extent to which students comprehended the material taught. Learning discipline referred to students’ adherence to rules and compliance with school regulations. It was expected that with discipline, students would exhibit behavior in accordance with established rules. This study aimed to determine the influence of discipline on students' learning outcomes in the Islamic Education subject at Junior High School 1 Benai, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research question focused on whether discipline influenced the learning outcomes of students in classes VIII A, VIII B, and VIII C. The study used a sample of 69 students from these classes. The results showed a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), indicating that discipline affected learning outcomes by 38.8%, categorized as "low," while the remaining 61.2% was influenced by other factors. The relationship between discipline and learning outcomes was reflected in an R coefficient of 0.623 (62.3%), categorized as "strong." It was concluded that the influence of students' discipline on Islamic Education learning outcomes at Junior High School 1 Benai was categorized as "low."
