Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF FIQH PRAYER LEARNING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CONGREGATIONAL ZUHR PRAYERS OF STUDENTS AT MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH MAHADURROKAN SEKELADI OF ROKAN HILIR RIAU SISKA SYAFITRI 202410043 This study was motivated by the students’ low awareness in carrying out Zuhr (midday) prayers. The phenomenon that the author found was there were many students who still did not perform Zuhr prayers in congregation. The problem formulation of the study was whether there was an influence of Fiqh prayer learning on the implementation of congregational Zuhr prayers of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mahadurrokan Sekeladi of Rokan Hilir Riau. The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of Fiqh prayer learning on the implementation of congregational Zuhr prayers of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mahadurrokan Sekeladi of Rokan Hilir Riau. This study used a quantitative method. The population of the study consisted of 80 students from grades VII, VIII and IX at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mahadurrokan Sekeladi of Rokan Hilir, Riau. The data collection techniques of the study were Questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression test. The result of the study was 0.296 or 29.6%, included in the range 0.20 – 0.399, which showed that there was an influence with the "low" level category. Meanwhile, the remaining 70.4% was influenced by other factors not included in this study. In conclusion, the influence of Fiqh Prayer learning on the implementation of congregational Zuhr prayers of students at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mahadurrokan Sekeladi of Rokan Hilir Riau was categorized as "low".
