Abstract

This research aims to find out how the murabahah financing mechanism is implemented and to find out murabahah financing in increasing customer income at BMT Amanah Belilas. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach where this approach aims to create systematic, factual and accurate descriptions, depictions of the facts and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. This research was conducted using data collection techniques in the form of direct interviews with related parties. The results of this research show that the murabahah financing mechanism at BMT Amanah Belilas is carried out by the customer applying for murabahah financing and conveying what goods they want to buy, then BMT will convey the specified selling price and margin. If the customer agrees with the conditions set by BMT, the next thing a sale and purchase agreement will be carried out. In this case, BMT is the seller and the customer is the buyer of the goods. After taking murabahah financing from BMT Amanah Belilas as a business requirement, the micro business run by the customer experienced an increase in income. The amount of increase in income felt by customers is of course different, this is because the business undertaken by each customer is different and their physical abilities are also different.
