Abstract

The change from the use of kerosene to the use of LPG gas has long been carried out by the community since 1968. The use of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) gas changes all the tools that help people in carrying out daily activities such as cooking which previously used kerosene stoves to stoves that use gas. LPG. The use of LPG gas is used by the community so that illegal distribution of 3 Kg LPG gas is carried out by Pangkalan who do not have a permit, making it difficult for the community to get it at the HET price (Highest Economic Price). The use of 3 Kg LPG Gas is intended for Housewives, MSMEs, Target Fishermen and Target Farmers. The problem formulation in this author's research is: First, how can law enforcement be improved to prevent violations of the sale of 3kg LPG gas outside the base. Second, how effective is supervision over the sale of 3kg LPG gas outside the base and formulate recommendations for improving the supervision system. The research carried out by researchers has an empirical form because the author obtains data based on the research results. The nature of the research used by the author is quantitative descriptive in which the author describes directly what is the focus of the author's attention. The author uses data collection to collect data with data instruments obtained from interviews, observations and library books. In drawing conclusions, the author uses a deductive method by taking a problem from the specific to the general. Law enforcement is carried out by PT Tirta Harapan Sehatera against bases that do not have permits by revoking permits and providing blacklists to these business actors. The effectiveness of the supervision carried out should be by carrying out supervision of the base twice a month to reduce fraud that occurs in distribution.
