Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the performance of Islamic religious teachers on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Cultural History subject at Madrasah Aliyah Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The type of research used is a quantitative method using observation and questionnaires as data collection tools. The subjects were students at Madrasah Aliyah Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru and the object was the influence of the performance of Islamic religious teachers on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Cultural History subject. The sample in this research was 29 students. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires and documentation. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be seen that there is an influence on the performance of Islamic religious teachers on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Cultural History subject at Madrasah Aliyah Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. This is in line with the results of simple linear regression analysis, which shows that the significance value is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000<0.05, so Ha is accepted. There is an influence between teacher performance on student learning outcomes in the History of Islamic Culture subject. The high level of influence of counseling guidance on students' learning concentration can be seen from the Pearson correlation, which is 0.784 or 78.4%, the criteria for a very high level of influence between the influence of the performance of Islamic religious teachers on students' learning outcomes in the History of Islamic Culture subject at Madrasah Aliyah Darel Hikmah.
