Abstract

OPTIMIZATION OF VILLAGE FUND FINANCIAL UTILIZATION IN SEI ALAM VILLAGE, BENGKALIS DISTRICT BENGKALIS REGENCY By: SRI HARTINI ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of village fund financial utilization in Sei Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency and to analyze the strengthening of optimization of village fund financial utilization. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach as a research strategy. As for the research infoman as many as 11 people. The results showed that optimization of village fund financial utilization in Sei Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, there are several indicators that must be considered where communication indicators between organizations and implementing activities in order to optimize the use of village fund finances in Sei Alam Village, Bengkalis District can be said to run optimally, this can be known by the existence of clear work standards and procedures starting from the preparation of The village budget comes down to the use of village funds. While the resource indicators of the implementing organization so far have not been able to run optimally, this can be seen from the measurement of the performance assessment of the Sei Alam Village Government based on the timeliness of the completion of the Financial Statements as one of the outputs produced by the Sei Alam Village Government has not been appropriately submitted to the Minister of Home Affairs. Meanwhile, the Disposition / Attitude indicators of the implementers are known when viewed from corrective actions and evaluations of village fund utilization policies which so far have also been running optimally. This is known from the corrective actions and evaluations of village fund utilization policies implemented by the implementing apparatus in charge of supervising rarely making written reports on all the things they find in the field. Strengthening the optimization of village fund financial utilization in Sei Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency can be done by: 1). Strengthening the Resource Capability of Village Apparatus through Education and Training. 2). Availability of work facilities and infrastructure to support the performance of village fund financial management. 3). Strengthening the commitment of the leadership in the financial utilization of village funds. 4). Enforcement of good discipline against village administration organizers
