Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (STUDY AT PT. SATRIA BUDIA PERKASA PELEPAT DISTRICT, BUNGO DISTRICT, JAMBI PROVINCE) ABSTRACT Organizational culture is needed for the continuity of a company organization itself so that it can develop and have clear distinguishing characteristics between an organization and other organizations, but organizational culture is not realized properly according to organizational culture at PT. This Satria Budia Perkasa has become a gap between culture and reality, and the awareness of members or corporate organization actors regarding organizational culture is still weak in recognizing organizational cultural values this should be a serious concern. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence organizational culture has on employee performance (study at PT. Satria Budia Perkasa). The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The total population is as many as 63 people who are all employees, with the consideration that the researcher determines the research sample by specifying a more specific area because of limited costs, time, distance traveled and staff cannot reach all areas in Bungo Regency. Totally sampling data collection technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the questionnaire were tested using the SPSS version 23 program. (Determination coefficient) obtained a number of 0.219 This means that the organizational culture variable (X) affects the employee performance variable (Y) by 21.9%, while the remaining 78.1% of the employee performance variable will be influenced by other variables or other factors which are not discussed in this study such as motivational variables, the principle of familiarity, the principle of integrity and organizational communication.
