Abstract

This study aims to determine employee recruitment in an Islamic perspective (study on d'lira sharia hotel in Pekanbaru). With a population of 22 employees, the sampling technique used the census method and a sample of 22 employees. The data of this study uses data observation, the data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative, the results of this study indicate that employee recruitment in an Islamic perspective (study on d'lira sharia hotel in Pekanbaru) is in the very good category.
