Abstract

ABSTRACT Pertashop (Pertamina Shop) is a Pertamina sales outlet on a certain scale which is prepared to serve the needs of consumers of non-subsidized fuel, nonsubsidized LPG and other Pertamina retail products by prioritizing service locations in villages or cities that require Pertamina retail product services. One of the creations of Pertashop is the Collaboration Agreement carried out by PT. Glory Bumi Nusantara with PT. Rifat Jaya Mandiri is located in Bengkalis Regency and makes pertashops in the Riau Province area. If one of the parties violates or does not comply with the contents of the agreed Cooperation agreement, it is said to be an act of breach of contract for those who violate the contents of the agreement. The main problem of this research is first, how to implement the cooperation agreement in making Pertashop 3KL Generation 3 between PT. Rifat Jaya Mandiri with PT. Glory Earth Archipelago? And secondly, what are the obstacles that occur in implementing the cooperation agreement for the creation of Pertashop 3KL Generation 3 between PT. Rifat Jaya Mandiri with PT. Glory Earth Archipelago? The research method used in this research is a sociological type which is carried out in the field or goes into the field using data collection tools in the form of interviews of both parties, while the nature of the research is descriptive which provides a more precise and detailed picture of the implementation of the Pertashop Development Partnership Agreement between providers. materials with service providers. The results of the first research were the implementation of the cooperation agreement between PT. Rifat Jaya Mandiri with PT. The cooperation agreement entered into by both parties has fulfilled the requirements for the validity of an agreement as regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. Meanwhile, the second research result is that in carrying out the construction of the 3KL Generation 3 Pertashop, there will definitely be obstacles in the field, it is normal for there to be obstacles in the field and these obstacles or obstacles are materials that are difficult to obtain, very insufficient labor and unpredictable weather as a result. In making this Pertashop, electricity is needed because it requires welding in the field because the area used to make this Pertashop is a rural area or far from gas stations in general and so the electricity is difficult to use, especially if it rains, it will cause the electricity to flow.
