Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC SERVICES WITH A POPULATION ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC OFFICE OF POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION SERVICES OF BENGKALIS DISTRICT ABSTRACT ZAINAL AMRI This study aims to analyze and explain the implementation of public services with the Population Administration System During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Bengkalis Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This qualitative descriptive research uses observation and interviews as data collection methods. The results of the study prove that the implementation of population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bengkalis Regency, especially in making KTP, KK, and Birth Certificates, has not been fully implemented properly, partly because the indicators of facilities and infrastructure concerning the condition of the service room and the availability of supporting facilities in the service are inadequate. and seen from the indicators of the implementation time, that in the making of KTP, KK, and Birth Certificates, it shows that there is no certainty of completion time so that it passes the 14 working day period. The conclusion of the study is that the service procedures for making KTP, KK, and Birth Certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bengkalis Regency have not been properly implemented.
