Abstract

QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF MOVING CERTIFICATE AT THE SERVICE OF POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATIONS, PELALAWAN DISTRICT ABSTRACT Hengki Hadi Saputra As an implementing element of the regional government, the Pelalawan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service is led by a Head and is under and responsible to the Pelalawan Regent through the Regional Secretary. The main task of the Department of Population and Civil Registration is to carry out regional government affairs in the field of population and civil registration. The implementation of these tasks is based on the functions that have been stipulated in the Pelalawan Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2010 concerning Amendments to Pelalawan Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2008 concerning the organization of work procedures for the regional services of Pelalawan Regency, namely the formulation of technical policies in the field of population and civil registration, the administration of government affairs and the implementation public services in the field of population and civil registration, development of service technical implementation units in the field of population and civil registration, implementation of other tasks assigned by the Regent according to his duties and functions. Based on this phenomenon, the writing of this thesis will examine "Quality of Management Services for Transfer Certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pelalawan Regency." This study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods. This research basically describes the Quality of Service for the Management of Transfer Certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pelalawan Regency. Research results: There is still a lack of staff so that it can disrupt service, another thing is that implementing employees, especially those who are contracted, still have graduate education so this also affects service. There is still a lack of computers, especially those related to the processing of population data, so this affects the results of the issuance of the transfer letter itself. There are still many people who do not care about its management, this is marked by taking care of it when the situation is urgent and does not complete the requirements that must be met. The lack of parking space for community vehicles so that it does not provide comfort to the people who work at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pelalawan Regency.
