Abstract

ABSTRACT Today, it is vital for any company to know the importance of implementing corporate social responsibility. By doing it right, companies can earn a lot of profits in the long term. Recently, companies working in the field of transportation, especially transport services companies, have become more active in implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives. In the tourism industry, especially in the field of transportation, corporate social responsibility has not developed as fast as in other industries. Transportation does not process or sell natural resources directly, however, transport companies remain socially responsible. Based on the background of the above issues in the writing of this thesis How to Regulate Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia and How to Implement Social and Environmental Responsibility for Employees of PT. Ardifa Tourism. Research methods used in PT. ARDIFA Tourism, with observation or survey methods, which means that population samples are taken and key data are collected through interviews. The results of the research show that PT. Ardifa Tourism does CSR well. Companies have responsibilities towards the environment and their employees, which is demonstrated by payments of wages and health benefits as well as benefits in the event of work accidents. These benefits must beined or increased to automatically improve employee well-being, which in turn increases company productivity.
