Abstract

The profit sharing arrangements do not yet have clear actions, therefore the profit sharing arrangements follow the general arrangements in book III of the Civil Code which regulates engagements. Agreements arise because there is conflict between two groups who join to find a way to agree, through an agreement an instrument is drawn up that frames the type of freedom and commitments to the meeting in question. That an agreement can arise from the law itself in the applicable law. In the thesis entitled "Legal Review of Profit Sharing Between Managers and Entrepreneurs in Lubuk Agung Kampar Kiri Village" there are two main problems, namely how to implement profit sharing between managers and swallow entrepreneurs in Lubuk Agung village, Kampar Kiri subdistrict and what are the obstacles to profit sharing between manager and swallow businessman in Lubuk Agung village, Kampar Kiri sub-district. The method used uses empirical legal research or sociological legal research which is research with a field study approach. Meanwhile, judging from the nature of the research, this research is categorized as analytical descriptive research. The results of this research show that the profit sharing system is a system where a joint agreement or bond is made in the business where it is agreed that there will be a sharing of the profits that will be obtained between two or more parties. Where in its implementation it is a form of cooperation agreement between the wallet bird's nest manager and the wallet bird's nest entrepreneur in carrying out business activities. The obstacle in the distribution of wallet bird profits between the manager and the owner is that in an agreement made in oral form, the oral agreement will be valid if there are rights and obligations between the parties that have been fulfilled, oral agreements do not have authentic evidence and deeds under hand. There are differences in interpretation, but again everything can be discussed and discussed with wallet bird entrepreneurs for the common good. inequality in profit sharing, but again, as a manager, it is enough to understand that entrepreneurs spend a lot of capital starting from building construction, building maintenance and other interests, poor communication also triggers obstacles that arise from profit sharing agreements between managers and entrepreneurs.
