Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING VARIABLE AT PT. AGUNG AUTOMALL SM. AMIN PEKANBARU By: RANGGA MAHULTRA 195210764 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Agung Automall SM. Amen Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 58 respondents, the sample was taken using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the census method, so that the sample used was 58 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SEM PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at a moderate or moderate level of influence.
