Abstract

The purpose of this studi was to determin and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity at PT plantation nusantara v pks terantam branch. The population in this study were employees of PT plantation nusantara v pks terantam branch totaling 169. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method which is a sampling tehnicque where the population is used as a sampling of 72 people. Data collection tehnicques in this study are observation, questionnaires, interview, and documentation. The data analysis tehnicque used in this study udses confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that compensation and motivation have a simultaneous effect on the work productivity of employees at PT Plantation nusantara v pks terantam branch. The magnitude of the effect of compensation and work motivation on productivity .
