Abstract
This research was conducted at PT Ganda Buanindo (GBI) District Kampar Left, Kampar Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of providing financial compensation on employee morale at PT Ganda Buanindo. Then the sample in this study numbered 42 people and was used as a respondent, in this study using quantitative descriptive analysis using the SPSS version 2.3 program. From the results of the Simple Linear Regression Test, the equation Y = 7.512+ 0.467X+2.392 is obtained. And the results of the co-correlation test (r) have a correlation coefficient of 0.727 or 72.7%. This value indicates a strong relationship between financial compensation variables and employee morale at PT Ganda Buanindo. The R2 value is 0.529 which means 52.9% and financial compensation has an effect on employee morale at PT Ganda Buanindo while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other reasons not discussed in this study.
