Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of honorary employees at the Siak District Transportation Office. The sample in this study were 55 people, sampling in this study using the census technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data collection in this study using descriptive and quantitative analysis using SPSS 25. The results of the study based on hypothesis testing data show that Workload partially negatively affects but is not significant to the performance of honorary employees. Work Environment partially positively but insignificantly affects the performance of honorary employees. Workload and Work Environment simultaneously have an effect but not significant on the performance of honorary employees at the Siak Regency Transportation Office.
