Abstract
This research aims to test and analyze the Total Quality Management concept on the business performance of Talam Durian Business in Pekanbaru City (Case study : Viera, Khadijah, Mazaya, Jingga, and FIM). This research includes quantitative research. The sample taken in this study was 50 respondents from employees working at Talam durian business in Pekanbaru City. The data collection technique in this study is using questionnaires or questionnaires in the form of scatters. Data analysis techniques in this study use Pertial Least Aquare (PLS) analysis and management using SmartPLS 4.0 Software. The results of this study show that management leadership variables, process strategies, and continuous improvement have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Talam Durian business in Viera, Khadijah, Mazaya, Jingga and FIM.This study recommends that business actors or management teams should interact with members in related fields such as quality, service and production to evaluate performance and carry out continuous learning to achieve optimal business performance.
