Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), SIZE on the Profitability of Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS). This research was conducted at Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia starting from 2018-2021 obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The number of samples in this study were 74 Indonesian BPRS, using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study show simultaneously that the CAR, FDR, BOPO, SIZE variables have a significant effect on profitability, while partially, only the BOPO variable has a significant effect on profitability in BPRS in Indonesia Keywords : CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO, SIZE, ROA
