Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of nonperforming loans, non-performing earning assets and the fee-based income ratio on Retrun On Asset. The population and research sample are Regional Development Banks listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling, in order to obtain a total sample of 25 Regional Development Banks with 125 financial report data. The data used is secondary data obtained through documents from the IDX. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Non Performing Loan had a significant negative effect on Retrun On Asset, NonPerforming Earning Assets had no significant effect on Retrun On Asset and Fee Base Income Ratio had a significant positive effect on Retrun On Asset.
