Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Bulek Tini meatball stall in Rantau Bertuah village, Minas sub-district. The sampling technique in this research was using the Cochran formula. In this case the researcher took 96 samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that (1) Simultaneously product quality, price and service quality had a positive and significant effect on custumer satisfaction, (2) Partially product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) Partially price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and (4) partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction
