Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on the performance of employees in the harvesting division of PT. Ganda Buanindo, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were 48 respondents with a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 40 harvesters. Types and sources of primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the harvesters of PT. Ganda Buanindo, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency.
