Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the incentive variable on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data sources in this study were obtained directly from the respondents, namely by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The population in the study was 296 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking a sample of 37 office employees. The data collection method used is a field study by distributing personal questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is instrument test, simple linear regression analysis test, t test and coefficient of determination (R²). The results obtained from this study that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the contribution given (Adjusted R²) of 80.2% and the remaining 19.28% influenced by other variables not included in this research model.
