Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Hapel Jaya Lestari. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, in which the determination of the sample was based on the consideration of the researcher on factory or production employees totaling 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication and job training have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Hapel Jaya Lestari. It is hoped that PT. Hapel Jaya Lestari to further develop and give appreciation to employees.
