Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Civil National Capital (PNM) in North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency in Efforts to Improve Community Welfare in North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method. The results of the study show that the role of National Civil Capital (PNM) in efforts to improve the welfare of the people in Tambusai Utara District, Rokan Hulu Regency is very important.
