Abstract
this study aims to analyze the workload and financial compensation at PT. Sengkulim Dua Sejati in Pangkalan Kerinci. the population in this study were all amployees of PT. Sengkulim Dua Sejati numbered 77 people. the sampling method used in yhis research is probability sampling technique and the selected sample is 42 people. data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis. the results showed that the workload at PT. Sengkulim Dua Sejati is still high, especially in the aspect of requiring employees to work at certain times, while the financial comoansation shows quite well, especially in thr aspect of salaru differences between each part of the company in accordance with employee expectations.
