Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of workload and welfare on employee job satisfaction (case study of kiosks in the metropolitan city of Pekanbaru). The population of this study are all employees who work in kiosks in the metropolitan city. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling where the research sample was taken based on the research population of 103 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive with Smart PLS data processing. The results of this research explain that workload and compensation partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Metropolitan Stall
