Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational communication and work discipline on employee performance at the Melur Community Health Center, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique in this research is using a probability sampling technique with a cluster sampling method. In this case, the researcher took a sample of 32 civil servants from the Melur Community Health Center, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City, by distributing questionnaires to the 32 sample employees. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and to find out how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination test. The research results showed that (1) Simultaneously organizational communication and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
