Abstract
EFFECTIVENESS TESTING OF SI AND MES SURFACTANTS TO INCREASE RECOVERY FACTORS IN SPR LANGGAK FIELD USING SPONTANEOUS IMBIBITION METHOD INDRA GUNAWAN 173210757 ABSTRACT The production of the Langgak field in 2017 was 439 BOPD. However, based on oil production data for 2020 the Langgak field continues to decline. Along with the increasing need for energy fossil fuelOne solution to this problem is Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) which can maintain oil production in Indonesia After going through the process of selecting the EOR method, the chemical injection method is one of the best methods that can be applied. Where the focus of this research is the use of Chemical EOR. The chemicals that will be used in this test are SI and MES surfactants. The results of tests carried out for SI surfactants with a concentration of 0.5%;2%; and 3%, at a salinity of 60,000 PPM and 70,000 PPM respectively as follows for a salinity of 60,000 PPM (5.56%; 4.55%; and 5.13) and at a salinity 70,000 PPM (4.83%; 8.75% , and 7.52). And for the MES surfactant at the same concentration variable at a salinity of 30,000 PPM the results were (13.43%; 18.35%; and 25.68%) and at a salinity 40,000 PPM the results were obtained (15.68%; 19.21%; and 27.44%).
