Abstract

Thesis Elementary Scholl Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Riau Islamic University Mentor: Zaka Hadikusuma Ramadan, S.Pd., M.Pd ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the development process and the validity of the development of gender-based module products. This research method uses the R&D method that adopts the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was carried out in 3 stages, namely: the analysis stage, the design stage and the development stage. The data sources in this study involved 6 expert validators consisting of 2 material experts, 2 media experts and 2 linguists. This type of research is development research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. the data used is primary data derived from teachers, students, and validators while secondary data comes from journals and books. data collection techniques used are interviews and validation questionnaires. data analysis techniques used qualitatively and quantitatively. qualitative obtained from the validator's suggestions and comments while quantitative obtained from the validation score. the results of the validation in this study were that the gender-based module was stated to be very valid without revision, obtaining a very valid category without revision. It was reviewed based on the results of validation by material experts, linguists and design experts. In the material aspect, the percentage is 86% in the very valid category, the language aspect is 85.3% in the very valid category and the design aspect is 99.6% in the very valid category. Overall, the validity of the gender-based module obtains an average value of 90.3%, so that this module is in the very valid category without revision.
